Orders And Returns

Any of our retail locations will accept product exchanges within seven days of the delivery date. Please keep in mind that the item must be brand-new, have all of its tags attached, be in its original packaging, and have the original invoice attached. Sale purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. Products cannot be exchanged for this reason since the precise colour or texture of the finished item may somewhat differ from what is displayed on screen due to variations in colour monitors/screens and lighting used during picture shooting. Only in cases where a product is defective, or the incorrect product(s) have been delivered can we swap or refund a product. Contact our customer support department by sending us photos of the flawed or incorrect merchandise on or call us on +92 315-1265288 three days after delivery. An online coupon with the same price value will be sent after our team evaluates the merchandise.


The acceptance and availability of all orders are subject to change; the items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Customers must pay half the total amount upfront for any customized orders (s). Customers who pay in advance will receive things ahead of those on the waiting list or in-store customers who can pick them up right away. Please be advised that if the fabric or trim used in a certain product is unavailable, we might not be able to fulfil the advance payment merchandise you requested (however we can always show our clients alternate fabric or trims on request). In this case, we will give you a call or send you an email to let you know, and we may even reimburse the upfront money.


We don’t issue refunds. However, in extraordinary circumstances where the product is out of stock, refunds might be permitted. The original credit card used to make the purchase will receive the refund. The price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes will be applied to your account. The fees of shipping and handling are not refundable. The processing of returns should take seven days, and it could take up to two billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card account.

Order Cancellation:

Before your order is finalised, you can always cancel it. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as the purchase is sent. The “Return and Exchange Policy” will be in effect once a goods has been sent. Orders may be cancelled by Jorden Duck for any reason. The item is out of stock; there were mistakes in the price; or the banking institution issuing the credit card rejected the payment.
